Mamsen’s Kitchen - A Cookbook Pitch.

A pitch project for Viking Cruises, I designed a lifestyle cookbook concept celebrating travel, nostalgia, heritage and family devotion. Inspired by the Norwegian inspired restaurant Mamsen’s Kitchen, (on board the cruise ships) it paid homage to the founder’s grandmother while capturing the brand’s warmth and storytelling.
